Summary
Within Sheffield Business school I teach Food Safety and Product Development to Undergraduate and Postgraduate students who wish to pursue a career in the food industry. Working in partnership with major retailers and manufacturers such as M&S, Morrison's and 2Sisters food group I support learning through the delivery of live projects. Having worked for 9 years in the food industry I specialise in Food Safety and Product Development consultancy work. Typical projects include, HACCP development, auditing, concept and process development, hygiene trouble shooting, labelling and staff training.
