About
I was a primary school teacher in Sheffield schools for 30 years. I taught mainly in the Upper Phase Y5/6 and was a member of the SLT for a large Sheffield school. I was also accepted as a Lead Teacher in Sheffield to develop the teaching of Global Citizenship. In 2007 I was awarded Primary Teacher of the Year for the North of England. This inspired me to share my enthusiasm for teaching and in 2009 I joined SHU where I enjoy working with both trainees and teachers.
