About
I am the course leader for the BSc degree apprenticeship in dietetics at Sheffield Hallam University and I am a senior lecturer teaching around professional practice, clinical nutrition, research methods and public health. Additionally I work as a gastroenterology dietitian at University Hospitals Sussex and have been a registered dietitian for over seven years. My role has a strong focus on nutrition support and managing gastroenterology conditions, and I work as part of a multi-disciplinary team that supports patients with inflammatory bowel disease.
I have a keen interest in public health and I was a NHS England population health fellow in 2022/2023 and collaborated with the office for health improvement and disparities (OHID). Additionally I am the module leader for the MSc module leadership in public health nutrition.
My Academic background includes an undergraduate degree in biomedical science, an MSc in Dietetics and a PgDip in Public health.
