Rachael Woodcock
Summary
Rachael is a Senior Lecturer in OB/HRM, teaching at undergraduate and postgraduate level. She is Module Leader for numerous modules and also supports students on placement as a Workplace Experience Mentor. Prior to joining the university Rachael ran her own consultancy business with a focus on employee/organisational development. Her specialism in both teaching and professional practice is leadership development and she has supported many organisations within both public and private sectors in developing their leadership and talent management strategies. Her previous work experience also includes working as a business adviser for Business Link South Yorkshire and Rotherham Chamber of Commerce, Training and Enterprise.
