I lecture in screenwriting/scriptwriting at Sheffield Hallam part-time. Totally passionate about the art and craft of screenwriting, I love working with new writers and helping them to develop their scripts to industry standard.
About
A British Screenwriters’ Award-winning scriptwriter, I've written for TV, Film, Stage and Radio. I’ve written for existing series such as Shameless and Doctors, plus have had original work commissioned and produced by various production companies, broadcasters and streaming services. In the last few years I’ve ventured into writing for live performance, my debut stage play winning a national playwriting award. Since then, I’ve had numerous other plays produced, presently developing the book for a modern musical comedy. Formerly an advertising copywriter, I can also give advice on other careers in professional writing. I'm represented by The Agency, London.
