As a former practitioner in industry, I draw upon my 35+ years of Multinational / International experience working in management consultancy, quality management, finance, IT, Funding for high tech R&D and learning & development. My academic experience has been accumulated throughout the 4+ years teaching in the field of Business Management and aligns with my research activities which are delivered across different undergraduate, postgraduate and corporate levels.

Current research interests and expertise: Exploring the positive and adaptive tendencies of successful psychopaths in a business context.

Research interests and expertise: focus on Psychopathy, Corporate Psychopathy, Successful Psychopathy, Dark Triad Traits (Machiavellianism, Narcissism and Psychopathy) and Leadership Behaviour.

PhD Researcher at Sheffield Hallam University (Current - Expected Completion 2024). Project entitled "A quest to find the light: An exploration of leadership tendencies of successful psychopaths".
