Summary

I have worked in the food industry for over 20 years in product development, technical and regulatory roles. I teach across BSc, MSc and degree apprenticeship. With undergraduate and postgraduate students who wish to pursue a career in the food industry. Working in partnership with retailers and manufacturers I have supported learning and engagement through live projects.
