Dr David Wren PhD, MSc, BSc, ACIPD

Summary

I am a senior lecturer within the business school, and started teaching in 2013.

My PhD was on "Cultures of Performance and Reward in UK Employee-Owned Businesses", and researched the organisational culture of different forms of employee ownership within the UK.

Previously, I was a customer service manager in Royal Mail and for a privately-owned American multinational, both operating in the IT sector. My interests are responsible management and societal transformation through the social economy.
