Bee is the Head of Global Academic Development at Sheffield Hallam University, a role she has embraced with passion and vision since 2020. Central to her work is advancing the university’s internationalisation strategy by creating the Virtual Engagement Framework, enabling all students to participate in meaningful global experiences. A champion for sustainability, Bee spearheaded the introduction of carbon literacy training for all students. She also led a dynamic, multidisciplinary team to design an innovative Global Climate Emergency module featuring a Collaborative Online International Learning (COIL) component that bridges disciplines and borders.

With 18 years of experience in teaching and developing educational programs, Bee previously served as Head of Built Environment, where she played a transformative role in shaping future-focused curricula that inspire and empower students.
