Anuradha Somangurthi (Anu) is a lecturer working in Department of Computing within the Sheffield Hallam University. Anu maintains a strong academic profile, having taught several different business and digital technology management modules at both Undergraduate and Postgraduate levels as well as developing Healthcare Analytics course in the capacity of a course leader. Anu has over nine years of professional industrial experience, having held positions in Multinational companies including global pharma companies.
Anu holds professional accreditations including the Chartered Membership which is one of the highest levels of professional membership that can be awarded with the Chartered Institute of Personnel and Development (CIPD).
As a practitioner and researcher, Anu is constantly looking at ways of innovating approaches to teaching/ learning/ coaching/ mentoring fellow both in the conventional and non-conventional sense.
Alongside this, main research interests include Social Marketing and Public Health, in which she is currently pursuing a PHD. In addition, Anu has held several additional roles to teaching including module leadership for several modules as well as UG/PG employability support.
