Summary
I am a Senior Lecturer in the Organisational Behaviour and Human Resource Management Department in Sheffield Business School and the EDI Lead for the Department of Management. I am also Senior Fellow of the HEA.
I have been teaching in Higher Education since 2014. I completed my PhD in Business and Management in 2020 and have been teaching both undergraduate and postgraduate students on various modules within the OB/HRM subject group. Prior to working in Higher Education, I was a Solicitor for over 10 years. My research areas include Equality, Diversity, and Inclusivity, emotional labour, organisational culture, conflict, and organisational behaviour.
I am the co-stream lead for the Critical, Social, and Diversity Stream in the UFHRD Conference. In terms of external engagement, I am a governor at a local Sheffield school and the Chair of the External EDI Group at Sheffield United Football Club.
