Alex Robinson BSc (Hons)
Lecturer
Summary
My Radiotherapy interest started in Southampton's Radiotherapy department where I worked as an Assistant Practitioner. This gave me an excellent opportunity to produce anatomy skills whilst working on a conventional simulator. In turn this aided me to graduate from Portsmouth University with a degree in Radiotherapy and Oncology.
About
In 2008 I moved to Leeds Institute of Oncology where I worked as a radiographer at both practitioner and then specialist practitioner level. Although I have spent time working on treatment machines my interest always remained in the pre-treatment aspect of Radiotherapy. I have experience and knowledge in CT anatomy, 4D scanning and IV contrast.
I joined Hallam as a lecturer in June 2014, I am currently in the process of completing a wide array of learning objectives to aid my teaching ability.
