Aimi is a Senior Lecturer in Adult Nursing in the College of Health, Wellbeing and Life Sciences.
About
Aimi is Registered Nurse who did her undergraduate training with the Royal Navy. After a period in clinical practice in a variety of areas, she moved into specialising in education. She completed her MSc in Healthcare Education at Sheffield Hallam in 2017 focusing on resilience in newly qualified nurses. Now a Senior Lecturer in Adult Nursing and part of the course management team for undergraduate adult nurses, Aimi supports progression through the undergraduate course. She also works alongside Masters students as a dissertation supervisor and on post-registration modules.
Aimi has an interest in resilience and burnout among student and registered nurses.
