Wipro STEM Teacher Fellow and Teacher Mentor Programmes
Thursday 29 November 2018
The programme is managed by Sheffield Institute of Education, Sheffield Hallam University, and generously funded by Wipro Limited, a leading global information technology, consulting and business process services company with a commitment to values of sustainability, respect, integrity and responsibility.
The Teacher Fellow programme is aimed at teachers in the early stages of teaching mathematics, physics, chemistry, biology, computer science, D&T or engineering. Over 18-24 months, Teacher Fellows will collaborate with expert colleagues and Wipro Teacher mentors.
The first cohort of Fellows and Mentors will begin in early 2019, with new cohorts starting each September after that.
All secondary schools in South Yorkshire are invited to nominate teachers to become Wipro Teacher Fellows, and/or nominate experienced teachers to join us as Wipro Teacher Mentors. The schools of all Fellows and Mentors will receive a bursary to support their participation.
Sign up for more information and/or nominate teacher(s) to be Fellows or Mentors.
