The Centre for Leaderhip works in partnership with numerous health and social care organisations in the UK and Internationally to provide leadership and management education that has a real impact on both individuals and the organisations they work within. Our central philosophy in working with all our partners and stakeholders is partnership. We view relationships, rather than individuals alone, as crucial to successful leadership and management wellbeing.

Our team have substantial experience in leadership and management within health and social care organisations, and significant academic experience in facilitating leadership and management education for everyone from staff in clinical settings to senior executive teams.
