Changes to your email and print services

If you enrolled before July 2022, your emails have moved from Gmail to Outlook. You can still access your previous emails on Gmail but must use Outlook for new emails. To log in to your Outlook, use username@hallam.shu.ac.uk and your usual University password.

Accessing your Outlook emails

Please use your exchange.shu.ac.uk email address when selecting Email-To-Print and Scan-To-Email options on campus printers. Your @my.shu.ac.uk address will no longer work.
