Welcome to Hallam's first line student support service. We're here to help with day-to-day issues and connect you with specialist support when you need it.

Hallam Help Service Update

Due to the August bank holiday weekend, Hallam Help will close at 5pm on Friday 28 August. Our help points at MyHallam and Collegiate Library will reopen at 9am on Wednesday 2 September, with our phone service reopening at 8.45am.

 

Hallam Help will also be unavailable in Adsetts Library from 2 September to 19 October. Support will continue to be available via our MyHallam and Collegiate Library help points, Hallam Helper, email and phone. For library support, contact Library Chat 24/7 or search Library Online for answers to common questions.

Visit us on campus

Talk to us in person and access specialist advice at one of our Hallam Help points, available at both Adsetts and Collegiate libraries. Open from 9am to 5pm Monday to Friday.
